Account: “My name has changed. How do I update it on the platform?”

Contact our support team by filling out this form on our support site and include a copy of your new ID document that meets the identity verification requirements (found here). An Investor Relations associate will assist you further and update your name on your account.

Payments: “Can I make a payment from a bank account outside the EEA?”

We cannot accept a payment from a bank outside the EEA, Switzerland, or the UK, even if you live in the mentioned areas or are in a supported country. Payments made from a bank from outside the EEA will be rejected.

Go & Grow: “I want to invest with Go & Grow Unlimited. How do I create an Unlimited tier?

This is a very popular question from July. On the Go & Grow page, click on the Go & Grow account burger menu, then select ‘Create a new Go & Grow account.’ Follow the next steps on the page to set up the Unlimited tier.

Withdrawal: “I made a withdrawal from my Bondora account, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?”

If it’s been more than 3 business days since you made the withdrawal and you haven’t received it, please contact our support team here. Your ticket will be forwarded to our Payments team to investigate further and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Company: “I’ve been an investor for X years. Can I get or buy a Bondora hoodie?
