Why is my account verification taking longer? – Bondora (Video)

Make sure you subscribe to our channel, so you never miss a video. Today we’ll talk about what to do when your account verification is taking longer than expected.

If you recently signed up to become an investor, you had to complete the KYC or Know Your Customer form. You also had to complete your bank account and ID verification. You can’t access the full power of your Bondora account before you’ve completed the entire verification process.

If you’ve uploaded all the required documents and completed all the required fields, it will take our qualified teams roughly 24 hours to complete your verification. If it’s been longer than 24 hours to get your account verified, then it means that we have a backlog due to weekends & holiday breaks, or because some documents are missing or weren’t uploaded correctly.

All you have to do is wait one more business day, and if your account is still not verified, then you can contact our support team through our support site, and we’ll get it sorted for you. You can find the support link here.
