Go & Grow Uplift Cash Bonus Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. General Information and Campaign
   1. The Campaign “Go & Grow Uplift Cash Bonus” (hereinafter the “Campaign”) is organized by Bondora Capital OÜ, registry code 12831506, located at A.H. Tammsaare tee 56, 11316 Tallinn, Estonia, investor@bondora.com (hereinafter “Bondora”).
   2. The Campaign will run from 24 September 2025 to 23 October 2025 (hereinafter the “Campaign Period”).
   3. Participants shall qualify for the additional remuneration (hereinafter the “Campaign Bonus) if all of the following criteria are met:
      1. The participant holds a registered Go & Grow account with Bondora.
      2. During the Campaign Period, the participant makes new deposits equal to or exceeding the personal target amount communicated by Bondora in the Campaign invitation email (the “Target”). Unless stated otherwise in the individual offer, deposits may be made in one transfer or multiple transfers that add up to the Target.
      3. The funds invested during the Campaign Period are not withdrawn for the period of 90 days following the end of the Campaign Period (hereinafter the “Withhold Period”). The Withhold Period begins on 24 October 2025 to 21 January 2026 (inclusive).
2. Campaign Bonus
   1. Participants who reach or exceed their personal Target during the Campaign Period, and meet all other Campaign conditions, will receive a Campaign Bonus.
   2. The Campaign Bonus is a fixed cash amount linked to the Target and shown in the Campaign invitation.
   3. The Campaign Bonus is up to 2% of the Target, issued in round numbers.
   4. The maximum Campaign Bonus is EUR 200, regardless of deposit size.
   5. Only one Campaign Bonus will be awarded per participant.
3. Eligibility
   1. Only participants who receive the Campaign offer directly from Bondora via email are eligible.
   2. The Campaign is open only to Go & Grow users who have passed Bondora’s KYC/AML checks and are in good standing.
   3. Investments made or reinvested before the Campaign Period do not qualify for the Campaign Bonus.
   4. Reinvested amounts, transfers within Bondora’s platform, or funds withdrawn and re-deposited during the Campaign Period do not count towards the Target.
4. Campaign Bonus payout
   1. The Campaign Bonus will be credited to eligible participants after the 90-day Withhold Period, provided that all terms have been fulfilled.
   2. The Campaign Bonus is paid out within 14 (fourteen) calendar days by Bondora to the participant’s Go & Grow account, once the eligibility criteria and retention period requirements have been verified.
   3. The Campaign Bonus amount is inclusive of all applicable taxes. The participant is solely responsible for reporting and covering any tax obligations that may arise in their respective jurisdiction.
5. Processing of Personal Data
   1. The Participant acknowledges that Bondora processes participants’ personal data in the Campaign as per Bondora’s Privacy Policy, but only for the purpose of organizing and administering the Campaign.
6. Miscellaneous
   1. The procedure for conducting the Campaign is established in these terms and conditions, which are mandatory for all participants in the Campaign to follow.
   2. Bondora has the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Campaign or to terminate the Campaign prematurely for a good reason. Bondora informs the participants about the above-mentioned circumstances via an email message sent to the participants.
   3. If there are questions related to the Campaign, including possible complaints, the Campaign participant may contact Bondora using the contact details provided in Clause 1.1 of these terms and conditions or write a message via Bondora’s “Help Center” page. Bondora will answer questions and process claims within a maximum of 15 days. The consumer has a right to file a claim with the Consumer Dispute Board (address: Endla 10A, 10122 Tallinn, email: avaldus@komisjon.ee, telephone: +372 620 1707).
   4. All disputes arising from the Campaign will be resolved according to the laws of the Republic of Estonia in the Consumer Dispute Board or per the Go & Grow Terms of Use.
