Go & Grow Spring Cashback Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. General Information and Campaign
   1. The Campaign “Go & Grow Cashback” (hereinafter the “Campaign”) is organized by Bondora Capital OÜ, registry code 12831506, located at A.H. Tammsaare tee 56, 11316 Tallinn, Estonia (hereinafter “Bondora”).
   2. The Campaign will run from 28 April 2025, to 29 May 2025 (hereinafter the “Campaign Period”).
   3. Participants shall qualify for the additional remuneration (hereinafter the “Campaign Bonus) if all of the following criteria are met:
      1. The participant holds a registered Go & Grow account with Bondora.
      2. During the campaign period, the participant invests an amount that meets or exceeds one of the two defined tiers (see Section 2).
      3. The funds invested during the Campaign Period are not withdrawn for the period of 90 days following end of the Campaign Period (hereinafter the “Withhold Period”). The Withhold Period begins on 29 May 2025 and ends 30 August 2025 (inclusive).
2. Campaign Bonus
   1. Participants in the Campaign may qualify for a Campaign bonus based on the total amount of funds invested during the Campaign Period, provided all Campaign conditions are met.
      1. Tier I: If the total invested amount exceeds 1000 EUR, the participant will receive a Campaign bonus of 20 EUR.
      2. Tier II: If the total invested amount exceeds 5000 EUR, the participant will receive a Campaign bonus of 100 EUR.
   2. Only one bonus tier will be awarded per participant, based on the highest applicable investment threshold achieved during the Campaign.
3. Eligibility
   1. Only participants who receive the Campaign offer directly from Bondora via email, SMS, or Bondora’s platform on or after 28 April 2025 are eligible to participate.
   2. Investments made or reinvested before the Campaign Period do not qualify for the Campaign Bonus.
   3. Reinvested amounts or funds moved within the platform are excluded from Campaign Bonus calculations.
4. Campaign Bonus payout
   1. The Campaign Bonus will be credited to eligible participants after the 90-day Withhold Period, provided that all terms have been fulfilled.
   2. The Campaign Bonus is paid out within 72 hours by Bondora to the participant’s Go & Grow account, once the eligibility criteria and retention period requirements have been verified.
   3. The Campaign Bonus amount is inclusive of all applicable taxes. The participant is solely responsible for reporting and covering any tax obligations that may arise in their respective jurisdiction.
5. Processing of Personal Data
   1. The Participant acknowledges that Bondora processes participants’ personal data in the Campaign per Bondora’s Privacy Policy, but only for the purpose of organizing and administering the Campaign.
6. Miscellaneous
   1. The procedure for conducting the Campaign is established in these terms and conditions, which are mandatory for all participants in the Campaign to follow.
   2. Bondora has the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Campaign or to terminate the Campaign prematurely for a good reason. Bondora informs the participants about the above-mentioned circumstances via an email message sent to the participants.
   3. If there are questions related to the Campaign, including possible complaints, the Campaign participant may contact Bondora using the contact details provided in Clause 1.1 of these terms and conditions or write a message via Bondora’s “Help Centre” page. Bondora will answer questions and process claims within a maximum of 15 days. The consumer has a right to file a claim with the Consumer Dispute Board (address: Endla 10A, 10122 Tallinn, email: avaldus@komisjon.ee, telephone: +372 620 1707).
   4. All disputes arising from the Campaign will be resolved according to the laws of the Republic of Estonia in the Consumer Dispute Board or per the Go & Grow Terms of Use.
