Your role as a Credit Risk Reporting Lead:
We’re looking for a highly skilled and data-driven individual to lead a small team of specialists. You will deliver comprehensive reporting and analytical insights to support our growth journey to reach €1B in revenue by 2026.
As a critical member of our credit risk team, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure our portfolio performance’s success and drive sustainable growth.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of driving improvements in our credit portfolio and working with a talented and passionate team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Design, build, generate, and distribute KPI reports with key highlights across Bondora’s live markets for various stakeholders
- Serve as a second line of defense for portfolio performance and credit risk monitoring
- Lead country-agnostic analytics and share best practices with Credit Risk Managers
- Lead design and standardization of Credit Risk Management Information to get comprehensive insights into credit risk
- Participate in a wide range of business projects as a representative of Credit Risk
- Perform data quality assessment and root cause analysis on credit risk data
- Create structured and comprehensive monitoring packs for Credit Risk Committee
- Manage Credit Bureau reciprocity reporting
