I made a SEPA transfer, but it’s not reflecting on my balance

If you’ve made a SEPA transfer to your Bondora account and it doesn’t reflect on your balance within 1 – 3 business days, then it’s possible you didn’t add your Bondora reference number in the payment description.

So, in order to avoid such delays, always remember to add your Bondora reference number and your name in the payment description. This way, your transfer can be easily identified and matched with your account immediately.
