Terms and Conditions of the Invest in Summer Campaign
- General Information and Campaign
- The Campaign “Invest in Summer” (hereinafter the “Campaign”) is organized by Bondora Capital OÜ, registry code 12831506, located at A.H. Tammsaare tee 56, 11316 Tallinn, Estonia (hereinafter “Bondora”).
- The Campaign will run from 17.07.2024 to 17.08.2024 (hereinafter the “Campaign Period”).
- The following prizes (hereinafter the “Prizes”) will be drawn between the participants who meet these Terms and Conditions for Participating in the Campaign (hereinafter the “Participant”) within the framework of the Campaign:
- 1,000 € weekly prizes, which will be awarded on August 2nd, August 9th, and August 16th
- A grand prize of 10,000 € which will be announced on August 23rd.
- The campaign’s total prize pool is 13,000 €, and the winner is randomly selected by a computer program.
- The Campaign will automatically include all natural persons who:
- are Go and Grow users and have a valid agreement with Bondora under the Terms of Use of Go & Grow.
- have made an investment between 17.07.2024 to 17.08.2024 in total of up to 20 000 € [1]
- from 17.07.2024 to 31.07.2024 the Participant can invest up to 10 000 € and earn up to 6.75%*.
- from 01.08.2024 to 17.08.2024 the Participant can invest up to 10 000 € and earn up to 6.75%*.
- For every 500 € invested Participant will receive one ticket for a raffle.
- Employees of Bondora (including Bondora Group of companies) or their family members may not participate in the Campaign.
- Bondora will randomly draw the winners (hereinafter the “Winner”) from among the Participants.
- The prizes to be drawn in the Campaign (hereinafter the “Prize”) will be announced via email sent to the Participant and on social media (names partially disclosed for privacy.
- Bondora will personally contact the Winners via their email address no later than seven (7) days after the Prize Draw. The Prize will be delivered to the Winners Go & Grow account no later than fourteen (14) days after the Prize Draw with no restrictions on withdrawal.
- The Winner is responsible for any tax obligations/liabilities they may incur as a result of receiving or using the Prize.
- If the Winner has violated the terms and conditions of the Campaign, provided false information to Bondora, or Bondora is unable to get in contact with the Winner due to reasons arising from the Winner, Bondora may decide to draw a new Winner. In such cases, Bondora will not be liable for the initial Winner’s Prize draw or for not receiving the Prize.
- The Prize will not be replaced with other prizes. The winner may waive the right to receive the Prize by notifying Bondora via email.
- The Participant is aware that Bondora processes the participants’ personal data in the Campaign per Bondora.com Privacy Policy, but only for the reasons of organizing the Campaign and the Prize draw.

- The procedure for conducting the Campaign is established in these Terms and Conditions, which are mandatory for all participants in the Campaign to follow.
- Bondora has the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign or to terminate the Campaign prematurely for a good reason. Bondora informs the Participants about the above-mentioned circumstances via an email message sent to the Participants.
- If there are questions related to the Campaign, including possible complaints, the Campaign participant may contact Bondora by using the contact details provided in Clause 1.1 of these Terms and Conditions or write a message via Bondora’s How can we help? page. Bondora will answer questions and process the claims within a maximum of 15 days. The consumer has a right to file a claim to the Consumer Dispute Board (address Endla 10A, 10122 Tallinn, e-mail: avaldus@komisjon.ee, telephone: +372 620 1707).
- All disputes arising from the Campaign will be resolved according to the Republic of Estonia’s legislation in Harju County Court.
[1] In case of high deposit amounts, the Participant may be required to submit further documentation for the purpose of verifying their income based on the AML legislation.
