🙋‍♂️Your Top 5 Questions in June – Answered!

Hi there, I’m Temiloluwa from Bondora’s Investor Relations team. Every month, we round up all the most-asked questions we received from investors in one blog post. You can find all the answers to these top questions right here. It’s just another way we provide first-class customer service. Let’s go through the top 5 questions we received from our investors this month:

1. Account verification: “The ID document used to verify my identity has expired. What happens now?”

If your ID document has expired, your account is no longer verified. Any future payments will be added to Reserved funds, and you cannot withdraw from your account or use the Secondary Market.

To ensure that there is no lapse in your Bondora experience, please upload a valid ID document via the Verification page as soon as possible.

You can learn more about how to verify your identity here.

2. Account: “I recently closed my account, but now I need to download the tax report. Can you send it to me?”

We can’t generate investor reports, but we can reopen your account, so you can download the necessary tax reports yourself.

You can contact our support team by filling out this form on our online support site. Please use the registered email address that was connected with your old account.

3. Bondora: “Why are pages 35 and 36 missing from the Bondora Group’s 2020 consolidated annual report?”

The published 2020 consolidated annual report is a translated copy from the original version in Estonian. Page 35 is the signatures page, so this page is missing from the English version.

The sworn auditor’s report, page 36, is a separate document, as this is also a translation from the original. You can access the sworn auditor’s report in English here.

4. Account: “I was recently married/divorced, and my surname has changed. How do I update my name in my account?”

Please contact our support team by filling out this form on our online support site and attach a copy of your ID with your new name. An Investor Relations Associate will assist you with updating your name in your account.

5. Platform: “The Secondary Market tab is missing from my dashboard main menu. Where did it go?”

The Secondary Market tab is removed when the terms have expired. To accept the terms again, go to the Settings page and select “Secondary Market settings.” Read through the statements and click on “I agree to all” if you do.

To add the tab back to your dashboard main menu, click on your name in the top right corner and select “Change View” in the drop-down menu. Here you can customize your view.

And that’s it for this month! We hope we’ve answered all your questions. If you have other Bondora questions, you can find the answers on our online support site.
