Monthly origination summary – September 2016
We went over our origination summary to see how our loan volume looks last month. Estonia is still the biggest source for loan originations with 58% of all September originations. From Spain the originations amounted to 26% and the remaining 15% comes from Finland.
Weekly industry news roundup
On our industry roundup post we learned that Zopa successfully securitized a portfolio of UK p2p loans and got a very strong AA- rating on that pool. The Nasdaq and Business Insider had reports on the positive and growing state of p2p lending in Europe and also we saw news from Financial Times about Prospers plans to shut down their secondary market.
Last week Bondora was mentioned in a Crowdfund Insider article about our new Refer-A-Friend offer which allows investors to earn extra money by referring Bondora to their family and friends.
