With an impressive career spanning global powerhouses like Microsoft, Uber, Google, Alibaba, and N26, he’ll make a lasting impact on how we connect with and serve our customers.
Mario joins us with over a decade of experience driving growth and innovation across leading brands in tech, finance, and e-commerce. Throughout his career, he’s led high-impact marketing initiatives and built top-performing teams.
Most recently, as Head of Global Marketing at N26, he accelerated growth across key European markets. At Alibaba Group, he expanded Alipay and AliExpress in Europe, securing major partnerships like the UEFA Champions League sponsorship.

As new Chief Marketing Officer, his vision for Bondora’s marketing strategy will guide our efforts to strengthen our brand across Europe, reaching and engaging new audiences while delivering exceptional value to our customers.
With an Executive MBA from ESCP Europe and credentials from Harvard Business School and the University of Pavia, Mario combines academic rigor with hands-on industry experience.
Mario will lead Bondora’s dynamic marketing team across our Brand, Acquisition, Lifecycle, and Marketing Operations verticals. Together, they will work towards making Bondora one of the most trusted and preferred financial services brands in Europe.
