You may already know that we ask all our customers to undergo an identification process which is a requirement from the EU Anti-Money Laundering Directive.
This means that before you can make withdrawals, you need to provide a color copy of your ID document. This can be a clear smartphone photo of both sides of your ID or Driver’s license or the information page of your international passport.
It’s an easy one-time process. Simply go to the “Withdrawal“ section on your account and complete the missing steps.
